Lost drones while flying drones after wifi was out of range. 1 lost drone was found by a man living in Fort Worth Texas whom was kind enough to call the phone number written on the drone. In case tracking for your lost drone is no longer possible at a point it is smart to have a phone number and name or website address for the drone in case you are lucky enough to find someone honest that will return your drone. Paying a finders fee or reward for your lost drone is far cheaper than buying new drones. Sadly the last drone lost in Fort Worth texas was not found by someone that called or went to the website to try to help recover the lost drone. When I was looking in the area the drone was lost connected to wifi and the drone apps it seems a guy found the drone and told some of his neighbors. Another honest guy told me he would talk to the guy that found the drone and when he did the guy said he wanted a reward for finding the drone. I of course was willing to either offer one or let him just keep the drone. I believe in Karma so felt it would be better for me if the guy just kept the drone. I told him he could go into the app for that snaptain drone and use it to fly the drone. I had already decided to buy another Snaptain drone since it that drone was lost for about a week before finding out what happened to it. I do not think it is illegal to keep a drone you find but it is more a matter of morals in ways. What would you do if you lost a drone in Texas. It is legal to shoot and kill anyone walking in your yard so to go into someones yard and look for your missing drone is not wise. Sometimes it is best to just let it go and call it a loss.
